Vinylle is a service offered by Eternoon, LLC; Vinylle - hereinafter referred to as 'we', 'us', 'our' - offers its subscribers the distribution of digital music to streaming services and online music stores as well as the collection and distribution of fees. This Privacy Policy explains the procedure for our collection, processing and disclosure of personal data when you use our website, hereinafter referred to as "the Sites", "the Service", and the services, software, tools, sites, services, data, APIs and affiliates, as well as the decisions you make about the personal data we process. The person - hereinafter referred to as 'you', 'your' - whose personal data is being disclosed should read this privacy policy before using our Website and providing Vinyllee with your personal data.

If you register on our Website, you are required to provide us with such personal information as your name, surname, telephone number, home address, e-mail, password; as well as a profile photo and profile information that you wish to associate with your music on streaming services and online music stores.

We have the right to collect Personal Data concerning the communication (including content, time and data of a given communication) of a subscriber with the service department, e.g. by e-mail or in any other way.

We may accumulate data relating to the method you use to classify yourself in terms of content (depending on which category of creators you belong to: musician, label, etc.) i.e. the music you upload and how often that music is played through streaming services and online music stores.

  1. Payment details

For royalty payments we need to collect your tax and account details from you. We collect payment details (payment card, address and bank account) using a payment processor when paying for our Service.

  • listeners – we can disclose and share the e-mail address of listeners who are observing our clients through streaming platforms or online music stores,
  • with your permission – if we receive your permission, we may disclose and share your Personal Data to, for example, contact record companies, services or online shops.

Modification of User Data

You can contact us if you wish to delete, modify or supplement your Personal Data and we will comply with your request.

Recovering personal data

We keep personal data as long as it is reasonable for purposes such as:
  • tax purposes,
  • accountants,
  • legal,
  • business,
  • marketing (if the customer has previously agreed).

Tyco Electronics provides your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and device readable format, and you have the right to reuse it elsewhere,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, which means that you have the right to notify the data protection authority if you are concerned that our actions relating to data protection are unlawful. This authority has a duty to analyse your concerns,
  • the right to object says that we must interrupt the processing of your Personal Data at your request in the first place when Tyco Electronics is processing your Personal Data in connection with direct marketing. We have the right to leave only as much of your Data on the exclusion list as is necessary to comply with data protection laws and ensure that your future choices are respected. Secondly, when we are processing your Personal Data for legitimate business reasons, except where there are good and valid reasons for processing your Personal Data or where the processing of Personal Data will be related to an action,

Vinylle does not deliberately collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 because our Site is not for children under the age of 13, but if you believe or know that a child under the age of 13 has disclosed, transmitted or made available his or her Personal Data through the Site, please contact us to remove any information from our databases.
